1. Services Offered

DigiMedix Technology Solutions Inc., provides medical transcription services to licensed healthcare professionals, institutions, and service providers in Canada. Services include manual or AI-assisted transcription of dictated audio into structured or unstructured documents.

2. User Obligations

• You must be a verified healthcare provider or an authorized clinic staff member.
• You are responsible for the legality and content of files uploaded.
• You agree not to share login credentials or misuse access privileges.

3. Security & Compliance

We follow industry best practices and comply with HIPAA, PIPEDA, and applicable provincial privacy laws. You agree to handle any downloaded or shared transcripts with equal confidentiality.

4. Transcription Process Policy

You acknowledge and consent that:

• Transcription work may be completed by trained contractors and vendors inside and outside of Canada.
• All contractors are bound by confidentiality and HIPAA/PIPEDA-compliant agreements.

5. Payments & Refunds

• Subscription or pay-per-lines or pay-per-minutes fees are billed in CAD.
• No refunds for completed transcription services unless a clear error is acknowledged by us.
• Invoicing occurs monthly unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive for transcription accuracy but do not guarantee 100% error-free results. Final medical decisions should never be based solely on a transcript.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if terms are violated or if there is suspected misuse.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
